Terms and Conditions for My GPT Welcome to My GPT! We are pleased to offer you access to our services through our mobile application, subject to your acceptance of the terms outlined below. By accessing or using My GPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

1. Use of the App

• License: My GPT grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the app's documentation.
• Restrictions: You agree not to use the app for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not exploit the app in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, trespassing or burdening network capacity.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My GPT and its licensors.

5. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

• My GPT reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
